joh...@ I did feel the prickle of the spirucles at first but it was not painful. I had to be careful not to accidentally rub my face on my pillow when sleeping because I could feel the spirucles digging in. But I was feeling it less and less as time went by. I think it took about a week to not feel it anymore. No breakouts. Will report back on long term results.
