this balm is really good at removing makeup

This balm cleanser gets down into the pores to remove dirt and makeup from the day. My skin feels clean after using this and my second cleanser. It is my go-to balm cleanser.

This cleanser works. However, I don't like the feeling of it when I'm rubbing it off in water because it feel like nothing on the skin. It just have a weird texture.

When I first opened this product I knew that this product would be very good . The high quality packaging and spoon provided to scoop the balm onto my hands made it very hygienic. This product effectively got my makeup off and all the spf, and sebum our of my face and worked great with my foam cleanser.

this is a great balm, does not sting my eyes and remove stubborn waterproof mascara well

this def takes off all the impurities before cleansing your face with a face wash!

It’s good but it has a STRONG SMELL of fragrance like soons you open it up it smells like straight perfume I also think because of this that it has made my skin more sensitive and appear redder patches on my face but those are the cons but the pros are it definitely tales off sunscreen (I don’t wear makeup so I can’t testify to that) and after wash my face feels a lil more soft also the package is just soo cute and feminine lol I love it I just hate the fragrance will not repurchase this

I cannot count how many times I've repurchased this product. This is my favorite balm cleanser. It removes waterproof makeup, impurities. Doesn't leave an oily feeling. It is perfect. Great value too!

I have never tried oil cleansing yet this is a very positive experience. After washing my face, my skin feels more cleansed but not stripped at all. I will definitely buy more of this cleansing balm since feels like i am using lots of products already

I use the every night as my first cleanser to remove all the grime and dirt before going in for a second cleanse. So far have yet to change to a different balm cleanser although I have tried a few newer ones.

I prefer balm cleansers over oil cleansers any day and this one was a well raved about cleanser. I prefer this over the Banila Co ones in that it just melted more nicely in my hands and felt nice on the face.

I've been using this product for a little over 4 years now and I still love it. It's one of my first K-beauty buys. It works great, it doesn't irritate my skin, removes Waterproof mascara like a pro. I even put my friends on to it, that's how good it is.

I’ve tried many cleansing balms and oils as the first step in double cleanse and I always end up coming back to this one. Doesn’t have a fragrance, cleanses even waterproof make-up with ease, Only need a small amount. Leaves skin feeling clean and not oily.
