Impressed impressed impressed! I love the packaging, the tiny spatula, the smell, the texture! I tried it on a face full of make up, a dime amount managed to remove the entire make up. I love the smell so much! So easy to use and the amount goes a long way! And it might seem very oil when you touch it, but once you rinse with water it melts like it was never there. Will definitely order again!

Always do double cleansing eventhough I dont wear makeup but I wear sunscreen

I love, love this balm! It has a minty scent and you can sort of feel it when it gets too close to your eyes. Not so great if you are sensitive to scents. This just melts away my make up and it really leaves my skin cleaner. Does not have that waxy feeling like the other balms.

It gets everything off.... SERIOUSLY! Its a great price and is super effective!

Get this! I gave these to my friends who wear make up and it really helps remove their makeup.

It removes all makeup, even the stubborn mascara and eyeliner since I did not see any makeup residue when using the cotton pad for toner! I tried not using face cleanser one time and just pat dry with a tower, skin felt really light and smooth after, so I'm pretty sure the SPF is gone too. I actually believe that I don't even need a double face cleansing for night routine (but I did anyway) since it doesn't leave my face greasy at all!

This cleansing balm works just like the banila co ones, they get rid of all gunk on the face and all waterproof makeup especially mascara.

I couldn't count the exact number of the bottle I've used up. I used it since 2016 until now. I tried to change to other cleansing products, but this is always the best.

If you didn’t try this Product I truly recommend you trying it...it will get rid of your make up and help with a Sebum production. I am sure you heard about it but please try it.I bought couple of that’s how good it truly is.

I am absolutely ecstatic with this product. As a first step oil cleanser, a small amount goes a long way. it comes with a perfectly designed spatula. It is a solid balm and it melts effortlessly (somewhat like coconut oil) when applied onto the skin. It gets out heavy waterproof make-up easily without having to scrub my skin off. Absolutely in love!

This is my second purchase of the heimish cleansing balm and I've tried several others, including cleansing oils, but I think this product is the most worth it for its price. If you are sensitive to coconut oil, this might not be the product for you but otherwise I recommend any one who doesn't have a oil cleansing product to purchase this. You can take a small scoop with the spatula and either apply directly on your face and massage it in, or if you are sensitive to friction, you can melt the balm into an oil with your palms first then apply to your face. It really removes everything and most importantly EMULSIFIES so elegantly which ensures that the product can actually be washed off well with water. For it's price, it really is an all-purpose makeup remover and even removes Japanese-grade waterproof mascara as long as you let the product sit on your eyelashes for a while. Of course, follow up with a water-based cleanser and you should be free of any makeup and impurities on your skin. 

This is my second buy. It works really well. First balm then oil and finally milk. I use only a little because it can be too much. Recommend!

Does what I want: breaks down makeup and emulsifies with water. I do feel like it can leave a film if my water isn't warm enough and I'm not crazy about the scent. I like it because it's often on sale and just works.

Lots of product, the scent is very “soap-like” but light. Melts nicely and gets off all the gunk and is great for my first cleanse
