There's a lot of essence in it. Its so hydrating and well absorbed but i'm not sure about the glowing part which i dont really see the difference.

This is a decent, relaxing mask for the price. Had plenty of serum that lasted for the 20 mins. I left the mask on. Had a pleasant smell and was non-irritating. The next morning my face was moisturized.
