Love these patches. I would usually put these on my problem spots right before bed. When I wake up in the morning and remove the patches, the swelling of the spot would be less. The only this is to make sure the skin around the area you're putting this on is not oily. I had waken up so many times to see a patch missing form my face, only to find it on my bed or my hair. Besides that I love these patches, I keep buying them.
