This is really wonderful for small pimples (or small inflammatory papules or pustules) but for bigger, more inflamed, or cystic acne, it doesn't help at all, and I'm not sure if it may even make the bigger ones worse. I re-purchased a lot of these, but I think I will only use these on those small pimples in the future. 

this really helps the redness and reduces the size of the pimple the next morning
