It is a decent clarifying toner mild enough for sensitive skin types. I think there are better ones out there though.

CosRX has been the first toner I spritz on, no matter what other brands I use for the rest of my ritual. It's a good "first" toner after my cleanser. I only have one backup so need to buy more!
