shi...@	This toner seems effective. I haven't had any issues with it so I guess that means it's working. I have notice that when I ran out and used a more "cleansing" toner, I did notice my skin was not as soft.

see...@	I used it as a toner and it does moisturize my face, however, I saw no improvements or anything special about it. I think I'll stick to Thayer's toners.
