It's a really good exfoliant if you're in a rush and don't have time for a chemical exfoliant. However I wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin because the texture of the pad is pretty rough.

Really enjoyed using this. When I first started using it, it was quite strong and stung a little bit on the skin. I started with once a week and slowly built to twice uses a week and my skin felt amazing. It really clears away your dead skin and helps improve your overall skin tone.
