I don’t this this is rich enough for winter / super chapped lips, but it is very moisturizing and not sticky, which is great for windy weather. I think it has a gorgeous finish and makes your lips look glossy. It applies thinly which I personally like. Looks good over lipstick. It doesn’t really have a strong scent or taste, which is a plus for me — seems good for sensitive skin. Overall, really nice.
