Great for winter!!! Although I have oily/combo skin I tend to get dry in some areas and this toner saves me in the winter. Hardly scented and don’t have to use a lot as texture of the liquid is quite thick.

Pyunkang Yul is one of the top hydrating toners to use for the 7 Skin Korean Method. I apply this on my face 3-7 times and wait a little while for it to absorb. Game changer!
It is very hydrating and gentle on the skin.
