After washing face in the morning and evening, pour about ten drops (a five mosquito coin) on the palm of your hand, and then pat it on top to help the skin absorb it. After use, it feels comfortable and hydrated. It also has mild ingredients, and the skin is extremely sensitive.

I got this toner per recommendation from a friend but was skeptical because she has dry skin and usually those products do not work for me but this toner proved me wrong.
