This is my best and favorite toner ever.
It sooth and soften my skin during the winter. I feel fine even when I was running out of serum because this pyunkang yul essence toner also serves as an essence or serum.

The first I don’t feel comfortable with this toner and I stop to use it and I use it again in wintertime...my face really love this toner it so hydrate and I don’t have a dry patch in the winter time...love it and would buy it again

Super great for my very dry sensitive skin! I used it to do the three skin method and it layers amazingly without being sticky. It also has no scent which I appreciate a lot.
