Simple does the job! |

I used the Klairs Supple Prep Toner before this, and I know that these two are often compared to one another. The Pyunkang Yul toner features a simpler ingredient list and no fragrance. (The scented Klairs toner contains essential oils, so if you're sensitive to fragrances, please check the ingredient list!) The texture is slightly less viscous compared to the Klairs toner, which makes it easier for layering especially for colder months or if you have frequent dry patches. It also absorbs into the skin easily.
Overall, I am loving this toner so far! (And the cobalt blue packaging is beautiful. )

Does it do something? |

I don't really see an impact. It's not bad but not my favourite Toner. I like more waterlike toner. This one is a bit sticky, a bit like a very fluid serum.
