I usually use this after washing my face and using toner, but also use it throughout the day just as a refresher. It smells really good and makes my skin feel really soft.  

I am using it now and it helps a lot to moisturize the skin when it is irritated by the heat. I also use it after the cleaning stage, to prepare the skin before the tonic.
