pet...@ For me, This is one of the most moisturizing toner that i've used. Just spray a small amount all over you entire face, and it will last all day. Didn't gave me any breakouts.Made my skin plump all day, and changed my skin texture! you may also used this as a face mist if your face feels dry. To be honest, I thought maybe this didn't really do anything for me. I decided not take it with me on my 10-day vacation. BIG MISTAKE! My skin really needed it. The weather in Florida broke me out very badly, and as soon as I returned to NYC and used this toner, my skin changed dramatically. Nothing was making my breakouts heal before, and this toner sped up the healing process. Definitely recommend!
