The texture remind me of the laneige cream skin or I’m from rice toner. As for the brightening effect I can’t really say much but I do see that my skin looks a little less red after a few uses

It is a toner that brightens the skin and it is really wonderful if you continue using it. This is the second time I bought it and I recommend it especially for sensitive and dark areas of the body.
