I absolutely love 3CE lipsticks. The color is pigmented, but it can be a little drying. The application is a bit rough, but once you build up the layers, the color is gorgeous and pigmented.

Absolutely beautiful lip colour! Tugs a bit when applying but your body heat will warm it up on the lips for a smooth look!
