Patches work and help to desapear acne. But that will depend of the size of the whitehead. If its too big, one patch aplication will not work, it will be neccesary at least two or three applications.

A great starter for pimple patches, but there are def much better ones out in the market for people to try. I do always have a pack of these in hand just in case.
