It clear with a thicker center to hide the discoloration from the acne, and has thin edges. It's almost invisible and works just as well as the non clear cosrx patch.

I love these but I did notice that after using it on the same pimple a couple of days in a row it drys the area not in a good way

this patch is much nicer than COSRX regular white and red pimple patch. it is more invisible and sticks well. Just gotta be careful not to put it on top of skincare, which is a standard guidelines for using any pimple patch.
