Oh Gurl! I got a dark eyebrows but yeah this definitely made my eyebrows GOLDEN! (cause that's the color I got a gold brown) pigmented it is! But I do put a base before putting this colah...ohm yeah you can still have a blonde hair with dark eyebrows

It was brown And if your eyeshadows are browns then you can barley see your eyelashes So that’s why I think it’s OK and the texture is just OK I’m not gonna buy it again
