Biggest complaint about this compact is that it doesn't come with a mirror. The essence doesn't feel heavy on the skin, but will always apply sunscreen on first then layer this over it.

Leaves my face with a beautiful glow. No shimmers. Only caveat is that you need to use a light hand. Otherwise, it doesn't sit too well under makeup. Looks great underneath matte makeup though.
