it’s not harsh and it does have oil that moisture the skin. Also smells great, hydrates skin so well, instantly brightens skin every time, helps control my breakouts, and NO burning unlike other toners/tonics I’ve tried

Fairly performing toner. It is a toner so don't have any great expectations from it. It absorbed well and has fresh finish. Enjoyed using this on my 7 skin method.
