I used this with the serum. It's a regular toner texture; just a liquid. My acne and redness calmed down slightly. My hyperpigmentation is also surprisingly lighter after a couple weeks of use. There is no irritation. Niacinamide tends to break people out, but you should incorporate it slowly into your routine. I will definitely repurchase.

Mild toner, doesn’t gave me breakouts. The only downside is the scent. Maybe it is much better without the smell. Oh, and also it does contain alcohol.
