Rovectin's treatment lotion is a very hydrating toner. My first time using it. my skin felt very hydrated and upon applying the toner, it dries quickly. This is my favorite toner at the moment. I highly recommend it for all skin types. It's also safe to apply to the body as well.

I just open my first bottle of Rovectin lotion, love the consistency of the lotion, not too watery, so you can drop it to your face and gently tap it into your skin. I will re-purchase again when it's on special.
