The mask comes in 4 identical rectangle sized pieces, so it's up to you to arrange them around your face to spot treat acne. Not sure if it did anything but felt nice enough.

Can't speak for sure about how effective this is, as I have only used this once, but it did help calm down the inflammation around my active acne. I do trust this brand, their products have never let me down

This works wonders if you a stubborn pimple! It will make it go away at the speed of light.
I like to cut it into two to properly place it in the desire spot where I have the pimple. I will repurchase this forever.
