I am obsessed with these water blushes for summer! I bought this in PK04 and it goes perfectly with my early summer tan, I'm going to get it in a few more colors for year-round use. In the summer I like to not wear much powder/face makeup so this is the ideal blush for me. Nice kind of fruity scent and really easy to apply, the applicator is kind of reminiscent of a large bottle of nail polish. It is a water blush so I wouldn't put it over powder or foundation but just on skin it's amazing.
