It has a creamy consistency.. Ilight oeach in color. It has a artificial sweet scent which can be overwhelming at first. You can rinse your hair longer to not smell the scent as much. I like how this hair pack is in a tube so it is more convenient and sanitary. The first time I used it, my hair felt smoother and softer
