This is actually what you want a hydrating, watery toner to be. It doesn't have any ingredients that will react with any serums or actives you want to follow up with. It is hydrating bur not heavy so you can do multiple layers without worrying about build up. It's unscented which my sensitive skin loves. It is simple but does exactly what it is supposed to do with no bells and whistles added.
