This is a decent toner pad. Not the best, not the worst. It might be a safe way to remove makeup after your oil cleanser and before your water cleanser.

Found out how my skin loves cica this year so i have decided to get this. Quite huge and has 90 pads. Hope they come with smaller storage for travel purposes
