Am going through a round of vitamin C and have picked up on this toner. To be honest didn’t expect too much from this product. However from first use I was able to see a brightening effect on my skin which surprised me. I had tried the serum but didn’t seem to see the brightening effect as much as this, so am liking this more. It’s a very watery consistency and I normally tap 2 layers on every night as a toner step. I don’t think it’s particularly moisturizing as I have dry skin. So normally I would add another hydration layer on top of this toner to keep my skin from feeling dry. Whilst there is instant brightening seen, i can’t say that I can see changes to any current pigmentation on my skin. However I believe using vitamin c is a long journey and it’s never going to be an overnight effect.

I love this toner. It makes my skin glow and feel as though it has also helped with my complexion . Will definitely repuchas also. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate my skin at all which is a big plus for a product with active in it .

This is ti be used with the serum. Upon application you can feel the refreshing feeling and vitc smell on yiu fave. I like to use it in the morning as morning skin care routine aling with the serum afterwards. Recommend For all skin types.
