A little goes a long way. I have dry skin and it absorbs any hydrating properties of foundations I wear, with or without primer, though with primer it helps. This moonshot cushion I’ve tried it straight from sunscreen and with primer, considering my skin type, with primer it last longer, but it’s also look fine without primer. Single pad it covers a little more than 1/2 of my face, so about 2 pads it’s enough for me to even out complexion, and light-medium coverage. Not completely skinlike , but not face mask covered in foundation. I do worry another layer will become a mask, so I just keep it lighter. It last quite a while before it starts melting. I’m dry but have oily nose. I like this one cause doesn’t start caking up after my cheeks absorbs the moisture in it.

This is a beautiful compact, the colors are stunning but,, for some reason cushions don’t really work for me but I’m sure it might work for someone else, still think it’s worth a try
