ACTUALLY WORK! I felt an immediate cooling sensation. Also, I noticed as I kept these patches on, they got smaller over time. That meant the liquid had penetrated my flesh. What a wonderful sensation!! The patches also stayed in place without slipping under my eyes. When I pulled these off, I immediately noticed a difference. My under eyes were brighter, and the puffiness had much reduced.
