I like to use it for post-whitehead acne where the old skin is drying up and new skin is coming out (i.e. flaking). It feels very nourishing and safe, and I don't have to worry if the old spots will get irritated.

My skin is eczema prone. It doesnt do much to soothe my skin or moisturize. I would pass but maybe I am not using it correctly. I try when i have break outs and it hasnt had much improvements, but ill keep trying
