This is a watery but really hydrating toner! For extra hydration i layer it on my skin. I have also seen a difference in the amount of oil my skin produces. It also contains antioxidant properties which makes it perfect for morning use. It really does feel refreshing and I enjoy using it. #stylekorean_rsg #readysetglow #rsg
