This is great for the body or the face. It's moisturizing enough but not overpowering. It isn't necessarily anything special, but it also doesn't aggravate my skin which is hard to find. I think it's great for putting on after your skincare routine if your face still feels a little dry or you need a bit more skin barrier protection.
