In order of light to heavy: this one is light, Laneige lip mask is medium, and Klavuu lip mask is heavy. I like using this one during the day because it is light but still very moisturizing.

I don't consider this a sleeping mask since it gets absorbed in like an hour. Its honestly okay but not amazing. I have very dry lips and I only noticed a difference once I used it multiple times a day after a week or two. If you want a lip balm then this is a good one.
