As the name say. It is a cream that turns into water once applied to the skin. I love how this product is enough to moisturize my face without the feeling heavy and oily afterwards.
I notice that this helps even out my skin tone. Then I look at the ingredients
and saw that it has Niacinamide and Pantenol

There is no noticeable scent to this and the texture is more towards a gel type. I love how it melts easily and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a tacky feeling or layer of film. It’s a simple lightweight moisturiser yet it actually provides my skin with more hydration than some other thicker moisturisers out there! This is actually my second time purchasing :-)
