Takes off everything |

Great at removing ALL of my makeup and hydrate at the same time. A little is needed to first remove my makeup (primer, foundation, blush, setting powder, sunscreen, eyeliner, and lipstick) and then I double cleanse with a foam cleanser. I have sensitive skin that breaks out when I use water in a different state but this balm has not caused any problems.
