Use this for multiple layers of toner. Doesn't get slick but keeps skin soft, supple, and helps with irritated hormonal acne.

It definitely provides moisture, but I do not like that it has a floral scent. I bought it thinking it was fragrance-free. I definitely recommend it if you do not mind fragrance. Big bottle for a great price. Will I repurchase? Maybe not. I feel like there are better products out there.
