The patches really are super thin and adhere very well.  I'm not brave enough to wear them out in public yet because although they are much less noticeable than other brands, they are still noticeable.  

I usually wear the patches at night and use the cream in the daytime.  The cream works well for small, new pimples but the bigger ones do take quite a bit of time.

I find that the patches work very well for absorbing the puss from those large puffy pimples.
