Unlike most rave reviews, I found this a little sticky and unpleasant to the touch but it does seem to be an effective moisturizing toner

Leaves a sticky residue since I have a combination (more to oily) skin type. Takes quite a while to dry out. Feels heavy. May be good for dry skin type people.
