I used to purchase Lancome BI-FACIL DOUBLE-ACTION EYE MAKEUP REMOVER. Although, it is gentle and effective for removing waterproof mascara, it is crazy expensive. This is just effective and the price is no much more reasonable. I get 6 bottles of this for the price of 1 Lancome BI-FACIL DOUBLE-ACTION EYE MAKEUP REMOVER. I will continue to this from this Merchant.

This smells fresh, light and clean like an ocean breeze. It removes make up quickly and thoroughly. It leaves just a smidge of residue which absorbs quickly. It does not irritate or seep into my eyes. I would highly recommend this

Make sure to shake well! I usually use this as a pre-cleanse and soak a cotton pad and leave it on my eyes to get my makeup off then softly wipe away and go onto my double cleansing step. Melts everything down and is very gentle on the skin.
