The only reason I’m rating it a 4 is beauty of the texture. It’s a little bit too thick for my liking but other than that it does the job of moisturizing the under eye very well. If you have super dry under eyes I definitely recommend try!

I can't tell it is good or not because I am very lazy to put on my eye cream stuff everyday. What I can say is it feels pretty nice when I put it on, not very thick if you don't put too much and massages it in.
