I mostly use this on my hands and body after washing. I apply soothing aloe gel over it and it has helped with my eczema skin. I do find that I need to reapply every so often as my skin absorbs it all within a few hours.

It’s an okay lotion, feels light but a bit sticky on the skin, but it doesn’t seem to be enough for my super dry skin on my body and slightly cracked heels
