In the summer I have to use this more conservatively, should be great for winter to use after every shower, but I have been opting to use an exfoliating wash, the calming spray and a more gentle lotion so I don't make my skin hypersensitive to the sun as I am showing a lot more skin. It's very effective when I use it, just not a daily one for me. I do use it 2x/week, and I have been getting great results with changing up my whole shower routine, look at the picture for the combination of products I have been using because for KP and acne prone arms, chest and, back, it has been a winner.
