It’s a matte finish for the black bottle but it can be a little drying for my dry skin. I wouldn’t say it’ll make your makeup transfer proof, but it did enhance the longevity of my makeup. The spray is fine but sometimes it’ll squirt out liquid which forms droplets on your face.
