Love this toner. It's a foam cap. Dries up quickly leaving my skin hydrated. Doesn't irritate my skin at all. Just 2 pumps for the face and 1 pump for the neck. It's a steal for the price. Will repurchase when I'm done. Doesn't expire until 2023!
