Definitely didn't irritate my scalp, but also felt a bit drying. I'll try it again in the summer when it's not so dry here and hopefully it works better then.

I worked out everyday, therefore needed to shower everyday. My scalp became irritated and dry because of that. This shampoo helped calm it down. Feels good right away, a little tingle sensation. Clear gel and foamy. Wish you get more product but it wasn't expensive. I usually buy cheaper shampoos but I bought this onsale. Overall pyunkang yul has good products and I may reorder this along with buying their conditioner...

The other shampoo was just...lame at cleansing (didn't clean off oil, and also dried out ends). This one works up into a lather easily as well but was better at fully cleaning hair.
