I didn't understand what all the hype around ceramide was until I used this. Thanks to the change in my skin chemistry/biology??? I now need some really moisturizing cream to rebuild my skin and strength the barrier, and this has worked wonders! (Tho do keep in mind I use a bunch of toners, essences, and serums in between.) Super moisturizing without being greasy and heavy - but I do have combo/dry skin now, so this might not be ideal for those with oily skin. I LUV LUV LUV this! Definitely a keeper and restocking.

Seals in all the goodness, a must have for winter cold and dry climates. Love their handcream too. Fragrance free is a plus!
